Lower Dibang Valley

Lower Dibang Valley district is situated in Arunachal Pradesh state.

The headquarter of the district is in Roing.

One can find rare mammals such as Mishmi takin, red goral, elephants, wild water buffalos and leaf muntjac in the district.

In the year 1980, the district became home to the Mehao Wildlife Sanctuary.
