  • Bharuch Fort : The beautiful Bharuch fort (Lallubhai Haveli) is built on a hilltop and overlooks the Narmada River. Lallubhai, an ex-divan of the erstwhile Nawab of Broach, constructed this one-story house in 1791 A.D. As a result, the fort is also known as Lallubhai Haveli. On the second floor, there is a small "bungli" (chamber) with accommodations for storing matchlock rifles. The fort's facade is embellished with beautiful and expensive wood carvings. There are also underground tunnels. The fort houses the collector's office, civil courts, the Old Dutch factory, a church, the Victoria Clock Tower, and other monuments. About 3 kilometers from the fort, there are some early Dutch burials guarded by some Parsee Towers of Silence. The Bharuch Fort is the primary attraction in the city of Bharuch. It was established in 1791 AD by SiddhrajJaysinh, a renowned emperor of the Solanki dynasty. After mounting the fort, one may catch a sight of the gorgeous Narmada River from above. The architectural style of the fort is unique, and some of the exquisite wooden carvings here attract visitors.

This service is also offered so that people can use Mahadev's banks and worshippers can see Narmada's Maiya. Throughout the month of Shravan, special religious programs are held.
