Gumba Dara hill station

Gumba Dara is situated at an altitude of 6500 feet, just 30 kilometers from Darjeeling. The best part of Gumba Dara is the scenic trek through the tea gardens which offers a panoramic view of the Himalayas from its summit. The only way to reach Gumba Dara is a light trek from Tinchuley. There are no vehicles available for this route. Peshoke Tea Garden, Buddhist Caves, Tinchuley Monastery, Lover’s Point are some of the places that can be visited. The ideal time to visit Gumba Dara is from the months of October to April.
