Rahala Falls is a waterfall located about 16 km from Manali in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated at a height of 8,500 feet and is surrounded by a forest of Birch and Deodar trees. It is a famous attraction and is very popular among tourists who visits the Rohtang valley. The waterfall is a result of melting glacier, it freezes when the temperature drops below freezing point. The area around the waterfall is absolutely stunning and allows a picture perfect view of the snowcapped Himalayas. The best time to visit Rahala Falls is during the month of March to October.
