Hasimara is a town, located at an altitude of 109 metres above sea level, in Alipurduar district of West Bengal state. The town lies between two rivers running from north to south, draining from the lower Himalayas of Bhutan. It is located in the central Dooars region of Alipurduar district and is surrounded by tea gardens. Hasimara town is served by the Hasimara Railway Station that lies on the New Jalpaiguri–Alipurduar–Samuktala Road line.
