Akashiganga Waterfall

Akashiganga falls is a waterfall located in the Hojai District of Assam. The fall rises from a thickly forested hill which lies at an elevation of 900 metres. A temple dedicated to Shiva is also situated near the falls. The Government of Assam had proposed an investment of Rs 42 lakhs in 2010 to improve infrastructure facilities such as drinking water, electricity around the falls to promote tourism. The best time to visit the waterfall is between October to March.
