Best Time to Visit

The ideal time to visit the beach is between October to February when there is neither too much humidity nor it is very hot to create any hurdles in your outdoor plans. The winter months December to February are a bit cold, but not too harsh to visit the beach and witness other magnificent structures in Puri.

Avoid the monsoons as it gets heavy rainfall during June to August and it is risky to visit the beach during this time. Although, if you wish to seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath, then visit the city in the months of June and July.
