It is enshrined with a 14-foot-tall limestone lingam that rises from the platform on the ground level to the second floor, piercing through the roof. The first floor, which was recently rebuilt and features exquisite designs of flat leaves, lotuses, salas, kalasa, and a series of geese kutas, is where devotees can offer their prayers to the lingam. Pushkarni Lake can be seen on the east side of the temple, where a mandapam named Koneti is located.
