Damdama Lake : Damdama Lake is a reservoir located in Sohna, Gurgaon region, Haryana, India. With a surface size of 3,000 acres, it is one of Haryana's largest lakes. (12.14 km sq).Damdama Lake was created in 1947, when the British commissioned a stone and earthen dam for rainwater harvesting. The lake, held back by an embankment, is primarily fed by monsoon rain that falls into a trough at the foot of the Aravalli hills. The lake welcomes you with a water elevation of 20 feet. During the rains, the water level rises to 50 to 60 feet.
