Damdama Lake

24 kilometres south of Gurugram on the Gurugram-Alwar road is the lovely Dam-dama Lake. It has a tranquil ambiance and is around 64 kilometres, or an hour's drive, from New Delhi. In 1947, the british placed an order for a lake to collect rainwater. However, Dam-dama Lake is beautiful in its present form since it is home to over 190 species of local and migratory birds.
