24 kilometres south of Gurugram on the Gurugram-Alwar road is the lovely Dam-dama Lake. It has a tranquil ambiance and is around 64 kilometres, or an hour's drive, from New Delhi. In 1947, the british placed an order for a lake to collect rainwater. However, Dam-dama Lake is beautiful in its present form since it is home to over 190 species of local and migratory birds. The monsoon season, when water levels can increase by up to fifty feet, is when most migratory birds are spotted. Dam-dama Lake, the biggest lake in Haryana, with an area of more than three thousand acres. Picnics and on-site training for corporate team-building exercises are also popular activities there.

At Damdama Lake, boating sports may be enjoyed while taking in the beautiful scenery.
