In the Indian state of Haryana's Gurgaon district is the town of Sohna. It is located close to a vertical rock on the route connecting Gurgaon and Alwar and serves as a popular conference retreat. The Shiva temple and hot springs at Sohna are well-known. The Ahirwal area includes Sohna Tehsil.
