Narasannapeta is a town in the Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh. It is the Mandal headquarters of Narasannapeta Mandal in Srikakulam’s revenue division. Occupied with a total area of 5.18 km2, Narasannapeta is a census town. There are 43 villages under the administrative division of Narasannapeta. The town has an average elevation of 18 m (59 ft). According to the report of Census India 2011, Narasannapeta Town has a population of 26,280 of which 13,390 are females whereas 12,890 are males, as per a report.
