  • Pathrol Kali Mata Mandir : An ancient temple dedicated to Goddess Kali is present in Madhupur and attracts hundreds of devotees every year. Located on the on the way to Lalgarh the temple was built nearly 6 to 7 centuries ago by the Raja Digvijay Singh. Constructed as per the the eastern architecture the temple perfectly showcases the deul style. As per folk-lore it is said that the idol of the deity in the sanctum sanctorum was brought from Kolkata and installed here with complete religious rituals. Surrounding the main temple are nine more temples which are also a must visit.

  • NandanPahar : NandanPahar is an amusement park built on top of a hill in the district of Deoghar in Jharkhand, India. It is famous as a picnic spot with several activities for one and all. One can have fun on one of the joy rides or go boating in the region or offer their prayers at the Nandi Temple. The park has frequent visitors from nearby localities from almost all age groups because there is something for everyone here. Sunrises are a treat to the eyes as the rising sun sets its rays towards the earth to illuminate every corner of NandanPahar. Sunsets are mesmerising too as the sun gently fades away letting the starlit skies take over.NandanPahar consists of a garden, a pond, and serves as an amusement or recreational park with several joy rides that one can enjoy amidst the lush green garden. The theme houses at the park must be visited too.

  • Naulakha Mandir : This temple, famous for the Baba BaidyanathDham Temple, is only 1.5 kilometers from the main temple. This 146-foot-tall temple is devoted to Radha-Krishna. It is also known as the Naulakha (Nine-Lakh) temple because its construction cost Rs. 9 lakhs. This temple is quite similar to the Ramakrishna Temple in Belur. Rani Charushila of the PathuriaGhat King's dynasty in Kolkata, West Bengal, donated the funds for the construction of this temple. She traveled in search of healing after the loss of her husband and kid. SantBalanandaBrahmachari recommended her to build this temple.
