Making of Cream of Tomato Soup

Now add a little bit of wheat flour or all-purpose flour and mix well till the rawness of the flour is gone. Then add the chopped tomatoes along with some cashews, crushed black pepper, and salt and cook after adding some water. Simmer till the tomatoes have softened and then switch off the flame to allow the mixture to cool down a bit.

Now, after removing the bay leaf from the mixture, add it in a blender jar and blend until well-combined. Blend it to a smooth consistency and pour the mixture in the same pan. Keep the pan in medium-low flame and heat the soup while gently stirring it. When the soup becomes hot, add some cream on top and basil leaf.
