One of the most breathtaking beaches in South Goa, Agonda beach is an ideal place for individuals to relax and have energizing fun on the sea. The cool wind and the warmth of the sun help in easing the stress and anxiety brought upon by the everyday hectic routine. Agonda beach is a long stretch of golden sand dotted with towering palm trees and colorful shacks oozing out the authentic Goan vibes. The waters of the Arabian Sea passionately meet the shore of the beach laid with lush green coconut and palm trees and surrounded by a green belt of mountains.

They also offer beach beds to the visitors to lie down under a beach umbrella or hang inside a hammock while appreciating the beauty around them.

You can also make your trip an adventure ride by signing up for various watersports activities available on the beach such as surfing, parasailing, banana boat ride, bumper rides, jet skiing, etc. Trainers are also there to train the beginners on all the watersports so you can enjoy them without any hurdles. This full package of fun on a single coastline is no less than a party all you have to do is pack your bags and make your way to Agonda beach to relish all that the beach has to offer.

Best Time to Visit Agonda Beach

The best time to visit Agonda beach is from November to March when the weather is pleasant and you can enjoy the watersports in full force. The crowd is at its peak during December and January, so if you wish to avoid a bit of a crowd make sure to visit either before December or after January.

The summers here are very scorching and it is not very much fun to enjoy the beach when the sun is directly above the head. The monsoons make it difficult to travel and no watersports follow during the monsoons.
